Liability Waiver & Emergency Release

Activity Participation: I, the undersigned guardian, understand that participation in programs at Owl Tree Acres involves physical activity, artistic endeavors, and outdoor exploration. I acknowledge that while all safety precautions are taken, there are inherent risks associated with movement, nature-based activities, and the use of art materials.

Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Owl Tree Acres, its owners, and instructors from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the participant while involved in camp activities, including before and after care.

Medical Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, I give permission to the staff of Owl Tree Acres to seek medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached immediately. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Photo Release: I grant permission for Owl Tree Acres to use photographs or videos of the participant for promotional and website purposes. (If you wish to opt-out, please notify us in writing).

Acknowledgment: By checking the box on the registration form, I acknowledge that I have read this document, understand its contents, and agree to its terms for all camps and care sessions selected
